What you can expect from Personae, and what it expects from you.
These terms have not been published yet. Personae is in development, and the binding version needs a lawyer rather than a placeholder — so rather than fill this page with clauses nobody has reviewed, here is what the product actually enforces today.
Rules that are enforced now
The content limits are real, live, and described in full in the Safety Center. In short: chats may reach mature themes, explicit content is never generated, images stay safe for work, and no character in a romantic scene is under 18 — that last one has no exceptions.
Accounts that repeatedly push against those limits can be removed. Refusals are recorded for review.
Your account and your content
Characters you create and chats you have belong to you. Deleting your account removes them.
Paid plans are described on the Personae+ page, and bill at the cadence shown there until cancelled.
Bringing your own API key
If you add your own provider key, usage bills to your account with that provider at their rates, and their terms apply to what you send them. Personae does not resell or mark up that usage.
